Visitor Guidelines

These Visitor Guidelines apply to everyone who uses the public VenPod website or a VenPod workspace.

On the public site

• Use the pages to learn about VenPod and to sign in or create an account.
• Do not attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the website.
• Respect other visitors and any advertising or analytics notices described in our Cookie Policy.

In the workspace

• Capture vendor and product information you are authorized to store for your team.
• Review card scans and QR results before saving so contacts stay accurate.
• Do not upload offensive, unlawful, or infringing photos or video.
• Treat other teams’ data as off-limits. Use only the account issued to you.

Trade-show courtesy

Photograph cards and samples with permission of the people you meet. VenPod is a recording tool; it does not replace consent at the booth.
