The service

VenPod helps teams capture vendor contacts and product information at trade shows and manage that catalog afterward. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for your username, password, and activity in the workspace. Do not share sign-in details. Super admins may create or disable accounts for their team.

Your content

You retain rights to the vendor and product information you enter. You grant us permission to store and display that content so the service can function. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another team’s data, disrupt the website, or use VenPod for unlawful purposes.

Availability

We aim to keep VenPod available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during busy show periods or maintenance.

Limitation of liability

VenPod is provided as a capture and catalog tool. Always review scanned card and QR details before you rely on them. To the extent permitted by law, TechPond Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
