Can I scan a QR code at the booth?
Yes. Use the camera or choose a QR image from your gallery. Contact details such as name, phone, email, and website are loaded into the vendor form.
What product information can I store?
Name, category, minimum order quantity, price, several photos, video, box length × width × height, pieces per carton, and carton volume calculated from those sizes.
Who can see my vendors and products?
You see the records you create. Teammates with user or admin accounts see only their own. Super admins can see everyone’s catalog after the show.
Can I use VenPod on my phone?
Yes. VenPod is designed for phones and tablets on the show floor, including camera capture for cards, QR codes, and product photos.
How do I get an account?
If your team already uses VenPod, sign in on this page. New booth staff can create a user account, then start their own vendor list.
Is my data private?
