How to capture vendors at the show (and still use the notes later)

Photograph the card, save the products that matter, and walk away with a list you can follow up from — not a pocket full of paper.

A good show day is not about collecting the most cards. It is about leaving with contacts and product facts you can still use a week later.

Start with the person in front of you

When a salesman hands you a card, save them in VenPod before you walk to the next aisle. Photograph the card, scan a contact QR if they have one, or type the name and WhatsApp yourself. Check the fields once, then save.

Capture what buyers will ask later

Add the products that actually matter: a few photos, a short video if it helps, minimum order quantity, price, and carton size. VenPod keeps that with the vendor so you are not hunting through your camera roll at the hotel.

Follow up from one list

After the fair, your workspace still holds every vendor you captured. You can see who you met, what they sell, and the media you shot on the floor — ready for the next conversation.
